Agarwal Pharchem (I) Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away in the Dhanvanti Building, which is number 10 on Dada Saheb Pendse Marg. It’s just off Aarrey Road in the Peru Bagh section of Goregaon East. It’s a bit of a quiet corner compared to the main roads, which we actually appreciate. The building is older and has that lived-in feel to it. Our office doesn't have any big signs or bright lights. We just have our name on the door and a lot of work to do inside. Being in Goregaon East is convenient for most of us who work here. We’ve got a mix of old wooden desks and some newer chairs that we bought when the old ones finally gave out. There’s always a stack of papers somewhere that needs sorting. We don't use any fancy management systems; we just talk to each other and get things done. Sometimes the rain makes the walk from Aarrey Road a bit of a mess, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been in this spot for quite a bit, and we know all the local shopkeepers nearby. It’s a friendly enough area. We don't try to act like a giant corporation because we aren't one. We’re just a group of people working in the pharmaceutical and chemical trade, trying to do a decent job every day. It’s not glamorous, but it’s our life and we’re happy with the space we have.
