Our office is located within the Thaopar Complex in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. We are right there at the Institute of Business Studies and Research in Sector 15. It is a busy academic and business area, so there are always students and office workers moving around outside. We have a decent space here that fits our team well. It’s not a flashy tech hub with bean bags and free soda; it’s just a place where we handle infotel services. We spend a lot of time on the computers and the phones. The complex itself is quite large, so people sometimes get lost looking for our specific suite. We like being in Belapur because the transport links are good for everyone. The air conditioning is our best friend during those humid Mumbai months. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just have our tasks for the day and we try to get through them without too many mistakes. Sometimes we order lunch together from the small stalls downstairs. It is a humble setup. We don't need a lot of praise, just the satisfaction of finishing the day's work. The staff here is a mix of people from all over the city. We work hard, we talk about the local cricket scores, and we keep the business ticking along month after month. It is not always exciting but it is steady and that counts for a lot these days.
