Umi System

Umi System is located over in Vile Parle East. We are in the Malti Niwas building, which is part of the Pranjape area. It's a nice, lived-in part of town. Our setup isn't anything you'd see in a magazine. It's just a functional workspace where we keep our tools and parts. Most of the time, it's just a couple of us here making sure orders go out and things are fixed. The neighborhood is pretty quiet compared to the main hubs, which we like. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and know the neighbors pretty well. There’s no big sign or flashing lights outside. You just walk in and see us working. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy titles. We just do what needs to be done. Sometimes we're out on calls, and other times we're just here at Malti Niwas sorting through inventory. It's a bit cramped when we get a big shipment in, but we manage. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just walking past our door on the street. We focus on the practical side of things. If something is broken, we try to fix it. If someone needs a system set up, we handle it. It's simple work but it keeps us busy and the bills paid. We just take it one day at a time here without overcomplicating the small stuff.
