The neighborhood around Shivaji Park is nice to walk through during lunch breaks. We’ve known the people in the nearby shops for years now. It’s the kind of place where you recognize the mailman and the person selling snacks on the corner. Inside our doors, it’s mostly the sound of fans humming and keyboard clicks. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy. If something needs fixing, whoever is closest just gets up and does it. Our furniture is a bit mismatched, and there are stacks of manuals everywhere, but we know where everything is. We like it this way because it’s practical. There’s no need for a big sign or a fancy entrance when the work speaks for itself. We just show up every morning at 38/31, settle into our chairs, and handle whatever the day brings. It’s a steady pace, and we’ve grown quite fond of this little corner of the park.
