We’ve been over here at Shop 12 on the first floor of Om Heera Panna Mall for a bit now. If you know the Link Road area in Andheri West, we are right by the Shreeji Hotel. It’s a busy spot but easy enough to find. We do various info solutions and tech stuff. Most days it’s just us handling whatever comes through the door. The shop isn't huge, but it works for what we need to get done. Dealing with computers and software takes up most of our time. Sometimes the mall gets noisy, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we just like fixing things and helping out people who stop by. People usually come in with a specific problem, and we try to see what can be done right then and there. It is a bit cramped with all the cables and parts lying around, but we know where everything is. Living and working in Mumbai means being used to the fast pace, and being near the hotel helps people describe where we are. We keep things simple. No fancy suits or long meetings here. Just a couple of desks and a lot of work to finish before the day ends. We’ve been at this for some time now. It's just a normal workplace where we tackle whatever tech issues come our way.
