U A Enterprise is based at 9-A Dhana Suthar NI Pole in Mazgaon. If you know the area, you know the lanes can be a bit tight and narrow, but that’s just how it is around here. We’ve been in this spot for a good while. The building has character, even if it’s a bit worn down in places. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you won't find any corporate suits here. We deal with all sorts of things throughout the day, and our workspace is usually piled high with whatever we are currently working on. Mazgaon is a lively place with a lot of history, and we feel like we fit right in. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard for deliveries to reach us, so we often end up carrying things by hand down the pole. It’s exercise, I guess. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who know what we do. We try to keep our prices fair because we live here too and know how it is. It’s not always easy keeping a small business going, but we enjoy the independence it gives us. Every day is a bit different, and we like the regulars who stop by just to say hello. It's just a simple shop in an old part of town.
