Our workshop is on the second floor of the Cama Muni Industrial Estate. If you know Goregaon East, you probably know Walbhat Road. It’s a bit of a rough road with lots of trucks and small factories everywhere. Twilight Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this Plot M/3 for a good bit of time now. We aren't in a shiny showroom. We’re in an industrial building where people are actually making things. You can hear the machines from the neighbors and the sound of work all day long. We have a few benches set up and our tools are usually spread out where we need them. It’s not always the cleanest place because of the dust from the metal work, but we try to keep it decent. Being opposite Jaipan Industrial makes it easy to give directions. Most of our staff lives nearby or takes the train to the station. We spend most of our hours looking at small details and making sure things fit together right. It’s tedious work sometimes, but we’re used to it. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us and the jewelry. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to finish before a deadline. The lift in the building is a bit slow, so we usually just take the stairs. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do here. It's dusty but it's home.
