Twac Service

You’ll find us at 124 S.V. Road, right opposite the Khar Masjid in Old Khar West. It’s a very busy part of the city. There’s always people walking by and traffic is constant. Twac Service has been in this spot for a long time. The shop is small and a bit cramped, but we have everything organized in our own way. We mostly do repair work and servicing for various gadgets and equipment. It’s the kind of place where you can find parts that are hard to get elsewhere. We spend our days hunched over workbenches with screwdrivers and soldering irons. It’s quiet work compared to a big factory, but it requires a lot of patience. Sometimes the customers are in a hurry, and we have to explain that things take time to fix properly. We don’t have a big staff, just two or three of us who know the technical stuff. The Masjid across the road is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We take a break when the prayers start. It’s a good community here in Old Khar. We know all the other shopkeepers on this stretch of S.V. Road. We don't do any advertising. People just know us because we’ve been standing here for years. It’s a modest business, but it keeps us going day after day. We just try to be helpful to anyone who walks in through the door and needs something fixed right so it lasts.
