We’re tucked away on the 7th floor of the Tardeo AC Market building on Tardeo Road. Tsqr Solutions Private Limited has been in this spot for a while now. The building is one of those classic Mumbai landmarks that everyone knows. Being on the 7th floor gives us a bit of a view, though mostly we’re just looking at other buildings. Our office isn't particularly big or fancy. It’s filled with the usual stuff you’d expect, like computers and too many notebooks. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, one of the guys just picks it up. It’s a very hands-on environment. Tardeo is a busy part of Mumbai, and we definitely feel that energy. We spend a lot of time working on solutions for the various tasks that come our way. It can get a bit loud in the market downstairs, but up here it’s relatively quiet. We aren't big on meetings that last for hours; we’d rather just talk across the room to each other. It’s a flat structure here, more like a group of colleagues than a strict company. Most of us have been here long enough that we know how everything works without needing a manual. We just want to get through our list of things to do and do a decent job of it. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s what we know and what we like doing in this corner of the city.
