We are tucked away on the 17th floor of Elite Residency, located at Plot C S No 1/1887 on Anandrao Nair Road in Agripada. It is a bit unusual for a medical and general store to be so high up, but we are here to serve the people in the building and the surrounding Jacob Circle area. The elevator ride takes a minute, but once you get here, it is a quiet spot away from the street noise below. We keep the shelves stocked with the basics, from medicines to daily household items. Trumart is not a fancy place with bright lights and music. It is just a practical store where we spend our time counting inventory and helping the neighbors who come by. Agripada is always busy, and being up on Floor 17 gives us a different view of the city, though we are mostly focused on the counter. Sometimes the delivery guys have a hard time finding the right plot number, but we are getting used to that. It is a small team running things here. We do not have a big corporate office or a marketing department. It is just us and our customers. We stay open through the day, making sure we have what people need so they do not have to trek back down to the main road for a simple item. It works for us and the residency.
