If you’re looking for us, we’re up on the second floor of the Shree Vigne building in Andheri East. It’s the C Wing, room 213. Triveni Services has been operating out of this spot for a while now. It’s a typical office building where everyone is just busy doing their own thing. The stairs can be a bit of a workout if the lift is acting up, which happens more often than we’d like. Inside, the office is pretty straightforward. We’ve got some filing cabinets, a few computers, and a small area where we keep the kettle for making tea. Andheri East is always a bit chaotic with the traffic and the people, so once we get inside and close the door, it feels a lot calmer. We handle a lot of different service requests throughout the day, so the phone is usually ringing or someone is sending an email that needs an answer right away. It’s not the biggest office in the world, but it fits us just fine. We have a routine down—get in early, check the messages, and start working through the pile. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, so there are always folders sitting on the desks. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can get a bit cluttered. It’s just a regular workplace with regular people trying to get the job done before the day ends.
