Trishant

Our place, Trishant, is Shop No 6, located inside Ayambil Bhuvan in Malad East. It is a bit of a specific address because we are in the 8th Block, right on the 1st Main and 45th Cross. Most people just look for the Bank of Baroda because we are directly opposite to it. There is also a mention of Manc in our records for this location. Being in Malad East means there is always something going on outside. The building, Ayambil Bhuvan, is one of those older structures that has a lot of character, even if the paint is peeling in a few spots here and there. We have a small space that we have squeezed all our equipment into. The shop floor is a bit uneven, so we had to put some cardboard under the table legs to keep them from wobbling while we work. We see the bank customers coming and going all day long. Sometimes we stand at the doorway just to get some fresh air. The 45th Cross can get a little jammed with scooters in the evening. It is not a very quiet area, but we have gotten used to the honking and the shouting from the street. We do our daily tasks without much fuss. The walls inside are painted a pale color that has faded over the years. We have a few old calendars hanging up to keep track of the days. It is a simple life here in the shop. We usually lock up around seven.
