Our office is over at Polaris Business Park in Marol, specifically in unit B/203. It is right off Maroshi Road in Andheri East. Being in Mumbai, the commute can be a bit of a struggle sometimes, but we have gotten used to the Marol traffic over the years. At Traydo Softech, we focus on software solutions. It sounds a bit formal, but we are actually a pretty laid-back group. We do not have those fancy open-plan offices you see in magazines. It is a functional space with desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of computers. We spend most of our time writing code or troubleshooting issues for our clients. We aren't big on meetings that last for hours. We would rather just get to work and fix whatever needs fixing. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall downstairs and talk about the projects we are stuck on. It is a practical environment. We do not use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just build software and try to make sure it does not crash. People usually find us through referrals because we do not do much advertising. We are just a bunch of tech-minded people doing our best in a busy part of the city. It is not always perfect, and things can get stressful when deadlines approach, but we stick together and get the work done. It is just a regular office.
