Traikya Solutions Private Limited

Traikya Solutions is over at the Raghuleela Mega Mall in Kandivali West. We are on the first floor in unit 177. The mall is on Poisar Gymkhana Road, so it is a very easy place to find. Working in a mall is a bit different from a regular office building. There is always music playing in the hallways and you see families walking around while you’re trying to finish a report. It can be a bit distracting, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our office space is just one large room with a few partitions. We don’t have any fancy decorations, just our computers and some whiteboards that are usually covered in scribbles. We don’t have a receptionist, so if someone walks in, we just look up and see what they need. Lunch is the best part because we have so many options in the food court downstairs. We are a small team and we don’t really follow a strict hierarchy. Everyone just does what needs to be done. We don’t have a big marketing plan or a polished website. Most of our work comes from people who know us or heard about us from someone else. It is a bit of a chaotic environment sometimes, especially on weekends when the mall is packed, but it suits our style. We just focus on the day’s work and don't overthink things.
