Top It Consultancy

Top It Consultancy is based out of Andheri West in Mumbai. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets. We are right in the thick of it. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular space where we have our desks and a bunch of computers. Every morning involves navigating the crowds near the station or trying to find a spot for a bike. It is noisy outside pretty much all the time, but once you get inside and shut the door, it settles down a bit. We are a small group of people just trying to keep up with the work coming in. Sometimes we stay late because the projects take longer than we thought. There is no big cafeteria here, just a corner with a kettle and some biscuits. We usually end up ordering food from the place downstairs or walking to the corner for a quick bite. The air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise sometimes, but we just ignore it now. Mumbai life is fast, and being in Andheri West means we are always around the energy of the city. We don't have fancy meetings or anything like that. We just sit together, figure out the tasks for the day, and get on with it. It’s a plain, simple setup that serves its purpose for what we do every day.
