Then Factor

Then Factor is tucked away in the Oshiwara Industrial Centre, which is right across from the main Oshiwara bus depot. Our unit is A-114. Being on Cambell Road, just off the New Link Road, means there is always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside. It can be a bit chaotic with the buses constantly pulling in and out, but it makes us very easy to find. The industrial centre itself is a busy place with all kinds of businesses running side by side. We have our little corner where we handle our daily operations. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s a working space with stuff stacked up and people actually doing things. We’ve spent a lot of time here, and the walls probably have some stories to tell if they could talk. The light inside isn't always the best, but we have enough lamps to see what we're doing. We get a lot of visitors just because of our location, and we try to help everyone out as much as we can. There’s a certain rhythm to the day here, starting when the first buses arrive in the morning. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just come in, do the work, and deal with the challenges as they come up. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us in Oshiwara. It is noisy and crowded, but it is where we do our best work.
