The Mobile World

The Mobile World is over in Kharghar, at No. 20 in the City Gem building. We are in Sector-12, Plot No. 147, right across from the More Supermarket. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows where the supermarket is. Our shop is focused on mobile phones and gadgets. It’s not a huge store like you see in the malls, but we carry a bit of everything. The glass cases are usually full of different models and accessories. Sometimes the lights inside the cases flicker, but we haven't gotten around to fixing that yet. We get a lot of people coming in after they finish their grocery shopping across the street. It’s a convenient spot for the folks in Kharghar. We don't have any pushy salespeople or fancy uniforms. We just stand behind the counter and help people find what they need. Some days the shop is empty and we just clean the displays or check the stock. Other days, it’s so crowded we can barely move. We’ve seen a lot of different phone models come and go over the years. We don't try to sound like experts, we just tell people what we know about the devices. It’s a honest little business. We don't do big grand openings or holiday sales with loud music. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait to see who comes by. It’s been our routine for a long time now and we like it.
