If you’re driving down LBS Marg in Ghatkopar, you’ve probably passed us. We are in Kailash Esplanade, right opposite Shreyas Cinema at unit B/107. It’s a very recognizable spot because of the cinema. Thakrar Infotrendz is based here, and it’s a fairly busy office. The LBS Marg traffic is always there in the background, a constant hum of horns and engines. Inside, the office is pretty functional. We have our computers and our stock rooms, and not much else. We don’t believe in wasting money on expensive furniture that doesn't help us do our job. Most of the people who work here are locals from the Ghatkopar or Kurla area. We’ve been in this building for several years now. It’s a good location for us because it’s easy for people to find. We deal with a lot of different tech products and services, so there’s always something new to learn or fix. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s interesting enough. We have our regulars who come in just to see what’s new or to get help with something they bought. We try to be straightforward with everyone. There’s no corporate talk here; we just tell you how it is. It’s a small, practical business run by people who actually care about getting the details right without making a big fuss about it. We usually grab some snacks from the stalls outside when we get a break.
