Our small team works out of Flat B-401 in the Alcove building, which is right by the Esterncourt Society. It’s a quiet area off B.T. Kawade Road. Being in a residential building means it feels a lot more relaxed than a big glass office tower. We set up some desks in the main room and that’s where most of the work happens. Usually, you can hear the neighbors going about their day while we sit at our laptops. It's a bit of a climb if the lift is slow, but we don't mind much. We chose this spot because it's easy to get to and it doesn't feel like a cold corporate environment. There is a small kitchen where we make tea, and sometimes someone brings in snacks to share. The layout is a bit tight with all the cables and monitors, but it gets the job done. We are just regular people trying to build something useful from our base here. Sometimes we work late and the street lights outside are the only things on. It’s a decent place to spend the day, even if it’s just a flat converted into an office. We like the local vibe of the neighborhood. It keeps us grounded while we deal with the technical stuff. Most days are just about hitting the keyboard and making sure things are moving along.
