We have been working out of this spot for quite some time now, and most of the people around here know us. It’s a busy neighborhood, so there is always something going on outside our door. We handle a lot of different things depending on what the local customers need at the time. It is a small team here, just a few of us making sure everything gets done properly and on time. We don't really go for all those fancy advertisements you see online. Most of our work comes from people walking in or neighbors telling their friends about us. That’s just how business works best in Kalina, we think. We try to keep our shelves stocked and our workspace organized, though it can get a bit cluttered when we are busy with several orders at once. Dealing with suppliers and making sure things arrive when they are supposed to takes up a lot of our day. We aren't a big chain or a corporate firm, just a local enterprise trying to do a decent job for the folks who live and work around Jacob Circle. If you happen to be passing by Silver Arrow, you’ll probably see us. We’re usually around from morning until late evening, just keeping the wheels turning and helping out whoever stops in. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy and we like the community here.
