Vashi Plaza is one of those places where you can find almost anything if you look long enough. Our office, Techtrics Technologies Pvt. Ltd., is up on the first floor, specifically in the 209-210 area. Being in Sector 17 means there’s always a lot going on right outside the doors. The plaza has that specific smell of old air conditioning and floor wax. Inside our space, things are pretty functional. We have some desks pushed together and a lot of wires running along the floor under plastic covers. It’s a bit of a tight fit when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of our time is spent looking at software or talking through technical problems that need solving. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine that makes lattes. Usually, someone just goes out to one of the stalls in the plaza to get tea for everyone. The walls have a few diagrams pinned up, and the filing cabinets are mostly full. It’s an honest place to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the furniture. We just want to make sure the jobs we take on get finished properly. Sometimes the noise from the hallway drifts in, but you get used to it after a week or two. It’s just part of being in a busy building like Vashi Plaza.
