Techserv Solutions is based in Block No. 27/411 of the Reena Commercial Complex. If you are taking the train, we are right near Vidya Vihar Railway Station, which makes the commute fairly easy for us and for anyone coming to see us. The complex itself is quite large, so sometimes people get a bit lost looking for block 27, but once you find the right floor, we are right there. We deal with various technical things and services throughout the day. The office isn't very large, but it's got enough room for our desks and the equipment we use. Being so close to the station means there is a constant stream of people passing by outside. We can hear the trains if it’s a quiet afternoon. Most of the time, we are busy on our computers or talking to people about their technical issues. It’s a standard commercial space, nothing too fancy or modern. We just have what we need to work. Sometimes the elevators in the complex take a bit of time, so we’ve learned to be patient. We’ve been at this Vidya Vihar location for a bit now and it feels like home. There are plenty of other businesses in Reena Commercial Complex too, so there is always some activity in the hallways. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work at Techserv Solutions without any big fuss or complicated systems.
