Techrac Private Limited

Techrac Private Limited is based in Aundh, at Sylvan Heights. We are in Block A, Flat 402, right on S. No. 128. Aundh is a pretty nice part of Pune to be in, though finding parking near the building can sometimes be a bit of a challenge in the middle of the day. Our office is basically a converted flat, which makes it feel a lot less like a cold office and more like a place where people actually live and work. We don't have a big HR department or a floor full of managers. It’s just a small group of us handling the tech side of things. We usually have the windows open if the weather is okay, and you can hear the birds or the traffic from the street. The work we do is pretty specific, and we just focus on getting it right the first time. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. If something is broken, we fix it. If something needs building, we build it. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. It’s a quiet, steady sort of place. We don't do much marketing or shouting about ourselves; we just let the work speak when it’s finished. It’s a simple setup but it works for us. We just try to stay focused and keep things moving without any unnecessary drama.
