Technosoft Information Technologies India Ltd. operates out of Technosoft House, A-25, Road No-3, MIDC, Andheri (e). Being in MIDC means there is always a lot of noise and movement. Our building is called Technosoft House, which sounds big, but it’s just our regular workplace. We have several floors where people sit and handle the tech side of things. It’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of server racks in the back that hum all day long. Andheri (e) is a crowded place to get to, so most of us are used to the long commutes. Once we are inside, we just get on with the projects. We don't have those colorful bean bags or game rooms you see in movies. It’s just a place where work happens. We drink a lot of coffee from the machine in the corner. Sometimes it tastes okay, sometimes it doesn't. We have some plants by the windows to make it look a bit better, but they often need more water than they get. The rain during monsoon season really hits the windows hard on Road No-3. We’ve had a few leaks over the years, but we just put a bucket down and keep going. It’s an honest living. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just make sure the systems stay up and the clients get what they asked for. That’s the daily life here.
