Technosmart Solutions is located in Bhandup West, very close to the Bhandu Phatak. Being near the crossing means we hear the trains going by all day long. It’s a sound we’ve gotten very used to. Our office is just a small space where we manage our daily operations. It’s not very big, so we have to stay organized, though some days are better than others for that. We have a few computers set up and a table where we eat our lunch or have a quick chat. The area around us is always bustling with people going to and from the station. It makes the mornings feel very fast-paced. We don't have any corporate protocols or fancy dress codes here. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the work at hand. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when we all are in at the same time, but we make it work. There’s a tea stall right around the corner that we visit way too often. It’s a humble place to work, but it’s ours. We spend our time troubleshooting and making sure everything is running smoothly. It’s just a normal business day for us in Bhandup, dealing with whatever comes through the door or over the phone. We don't overthink it, we just do what needs doing to keep the business going.
