We are based in the Hema Industrial Estate, specifically at unit 121. It’s right near the Meghawadi Police Station in Jogeshwari East. Having the police station so close is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We deal with drugs and chemical intermediates. It’s a lot of science and careful handling of materials. Our lab equipment takes up a lot of space, so the office area feels a bit tight. We spend a lot of time checking temperatures and mixing batches. It’s not the kind of job where you can just rush through things. You have to be patient and follow the steps. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how the machines sound when they are working right. The industrial estate is always loud and there’s a lot of movement from other factories. Sometimes it’s hard to find a place to park near the entrance in the morning. We aren't interested in being the biggest name out there; we just want to make sure the intermediates we produce meet the standards. There is a lot of paperwork involved in this line of work, and someone is always filing something. We eat our lunch together in the small break area. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy. We mostly deal with other companies who need our products for their own manufacturing. It’s a steady flow of work that keeps us on our toes. We just focus on the chemistry and the orders as they come through the door.
