Our office is up on the fourth floor, at No. 401 Rajshila. We are located at No. 597 right near Princess Street on Jss Marg in Girgaon. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy this area gets with the markets and all the old buildings squeezed together. It’s an old part of town, and Rajshila has that classic feel to it. Downstairs, the streets are always packed with people and vendors, but once you get inside Natco Pharma Ltd., it’s all about the business of medicine. We handle a lot of the administrative work and coordination from this spot. There are stacks of files on the desks and phones ringing throughout the afternoon. It’s not a fancy glass tower like you see in the newer parts of the city. It’s a practical office where we focus on getting the medicines out to where they need to go. We deal with a lot of paperwork regarding regulations and shipping schedules. Sometimes the elevators are slow, so we take the stairs, which keeps us moving. The windows look out over the rooftops of Girgaon, giving us a bit of a view of the daily grind outside. We’ve been operating from this location for years, and it’s become our second home. We just show up, do our part in the pharma chain, and navigate the Princess Street traffic on our way home every evening before dark.
