Aarti Drugs Limited

We are located at Plot No. N - 198 in the M. I. D. C. Tarapur area. It’s out in the village of Pamtembhi, which is part of the Palghar taluka. The drive out here takes some time, but it’s a large industrial zone once you arrive. Aarti Drugs Limited has a big footprint on this plot. It’s a busy facility with a lot of pipes, tanks, and people moving around in uniforms. It’s not a quiet office job; there’s always the sound of pumps running and trucks loading up at the gates. The air has that distinct chemical smell that you get around pharmaceutical areas. We have a lot of paperwork to keep track of because of all the regulations, so the desks in the administrative section are usually buried under stacks of files. It’s a lot of coordination between the different shifts. We have a canteen where everyone grabs a bite, and that’s usually where you hear all the local news. Palghar is a bit far from the main city, so many of us have been working here for a long time and live nearby. The weather can be quite humid being so close to the coast. We just focus on the daily production schedules and making sure the batches are moving through the system like they should. It’s a large operation, but at the end of the day, it’s just about people doing their specific jobs to keep everything running correctly.
