Being based at 115-117 in the Anjani Complex isn't exactly quiet. Pareira Hill Road is always jammed with traffic, and Andheri East never really stops moving. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good while, dealing with all the medicine and supply logistics that come our way. The office is a bit of a maze with all the boxes and files stacked up near the entrance. You have to navigate around the Kurla Road traffic just to get here. We aren't a big corporate setup with glass walls and carpets. It’s more about the paperwork, the cold storage, and making sure the deliveries get out on time. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving, I guess. We have a few desks, some computers that have seen better days, and a lot of dedicated people who just show up and do the work. It’s not a place for lounging around. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know each other's coffee orders by now. We handle the medical side of things without much fuss. It's just a regular workplace in a very busy part of Mumbai. We don't try to be anything else. We are just here, doing the daily grind at Shilpa Medicare, trying to keep things organized in a city that’s usually a bit chaotic.
