We are based out of Nirav 2, which is part of the Gaon Devi Indl. Complexsativali in Vasai (E). Technocrats Plasma Systems Pvt. Ltd. has its roots right here in this industrial complex. Vasai East is a bit of a journey for some people, but it’s where all the real work happens. Our space in Nirav 2 is where we keep our equipment and handle our daily tasks. It’s an industrial area, so don’t expect anything too polished. It’s mostly concrete, metal, and people in work clothes. We have a lot of technical stuff around because of the systems we handle. The complex itself is quite large, and it can be a bit busy with all the different units working at once. We like the atmosphere of the place. Everyone is there to work. We spend our days troubleshooting, assembling, and making sure everything is running. It's not a quiet job, but it’s what we know. We’ve got our own little corner in the Gaon Devi complex and we’ve made it work for us. The commute can be a bit much during peak hours, but once we’re inside, we just focus on the projects. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of environment. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time and we’re used to the way things work in Sativali. Just a bunch of us doing what we do best without needing anything fancy to get the job done. We just keep our heads down and get through the schedule.
