Techno Solutions

Techno Solutions is tucked away at Plot No. 2 in Bhim Just Society. We are in Gali No. 1 of Shivaji Nagar, over in Nerul East. If you know where Seven Hill Hospital or the Pipeline is, we are very close to that. It’s a bit of a maze to find us the first time, but once you know the turns, it’s easy. I set up the shop here because it’s close to where I live. We handle a lot of technical stuff, mostly repairs and setups. The space isn't huge, so we have to be careful about where we put things. Sometimes the boxes pile up and we have to spend a Saturday just cleaning. It’s mostly just me and my brother working here. We’ve been doing this for a long time, so we’ve seen most problems before. Nerul is a busy place, and there’s always someone needing something fixed. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a room with a lot of wires and computers. We try to be fair with people. If something is going to cost too much to fix, we’ll just say it’s better to buy a new one. Honesty keeps people coming back. We don't have a secretary, so if the phone rings and we’re busy, we might take a minute to answer. It’s a simple operation, but it keeps us fed. Sometimes the neighbor's dog comes and sits by our door while we work on the circuits.
