Technical Sales

Technical Sales is based over on Linking Road, near Income Tax 5. It is a busy area, lots of shops and people moving around all day. We have a small office where we handle all the sales inquiries and paperwork. It is not a very large space, just enough room for our desks and a few chairs for visitors who might drop in. We have been working out of this location for a couple of years now. Most of our day is spent on the phone or answering emails. The noise from the street can be a bit much sometimes, but you get used to it after a week or two. We do not have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just us talking to customers and trying to figure out what they need for their projects. Sometimes we get orders that are easy, and other times it takes a lot of back and forth to get things right. We keep a stack of catalogs on the shelf that have been there forever. Linking Road is a good spot because everything we need is close by. We grab lunch at the local stalls quite often. The office feels lived-in, with old calendars and plenty of pens that do not always work. We just show up and do our bit. It is a straightforward business and we like it that way.
