We’ve set up shop in Kandivali West. It’s not a massive office building or anything, just a comfortable space where we do our tech work. We spend most of our time staring at screens and typing away. It’s quiet most of the time, except for the sound of keyboards or someone arguing about a bit of code. We’ve been doing this for a few years now. Most of us grew up around here, so we like being in this part of the suburbs. We don’t have those fancy break rooms you see in movies. We just have a small pantry and our desks. We work on a lot of different projects, some small and some a bit more complicated. We don’t try to sound bigger than we are. We’re just a small group of people who are good with computers. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, ordering food and just getting it done. Other days are more relaxed. We don't have a dress code; we just wear whatever is comfortable. It's a simple setup. We like the freedom of running our own place. We don’t have a lot of meetings. We just talk across the room when we need to figure something out. It works for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the screens until the work is finished for the day. Being in Kandivali makes it easy for us to get around too.
