Techinnovadors Solutions Private Limited is found on the first floor of Bharat Mansion. We are at Plot 31 on K A Subramanyam Marg in Matunga. Matunga has a very specific feel to it with all the old buildings and the big leafy trees. Bharat Mansion is one of those classic structures that has been around for a long time. The stairs are made of stone and they are worn down in the middle from years of people walking up and down. Being on the first floor is convenient because we don't have to wait for the old lift, which isn't always reliable anyway. Our office has high ceilings and large windows that let in a lot of light, although they also let in all the street noise from the marg outside. It is a very lively area with some of the best food spots just around the corner. We often go out for filter coffee when we need a break. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some old wooden desks and a few filing cabinets that have been with us since the start. It’s not a modern tech hub with bean bags or a gaming zone. It’s just an old-fashioned office in a beautiful old part of Bombay. There is a lot of character in the building, even if the pipes leak sometimes or the walls need a new coat of paint.
