If you’re around CBD Belapur, we are located at Plot No. 31 on the ground floor of the Prabhat Center. We are in Sector 1/A, which is really close to the fire station. It’s a good landmark because everyone in the area knows where it is. Tech Pro Solutions is where we spend our days. Being on the ground floor is very handy because we don't have to wait for slow elevators and people can just walk right in when they need help. We deal with all sorts of technical issues and provide solutions for other businesses around Navi Mumbai. Our office isn't anything special to look at—just some sturdy desks, a lot of computers, and the usual office supplies scattered around. We aren't big on corporate jargon or making things sound more complicated than they actually are. If something is broken, we tell you it’s broken and then we try our best to fix it. That’s about it for our philosophy. The area is pretty busy during the day with all the other offices and shops nearby, so there’s always somewhere to grab a quick snack or a cup of tea. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and have gotten to know the other shop owners around here. It’s a nice little professional community. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work in front of us. Most of the time, we are busy with troubleshooting or setting up new systems for people who need them.
