Tech Care It Solution is located at Shop No 38, which is near the Andheri Railway station. If you walk behind Sagar City in Andheri West, you’ll find us easily enough. Being so close to the station in Mumbai 400058 means it is always crowded. There is a constant hum of people walking by and trains arriving in the distance. We spend most of our time at the shop fixing computers or helping people with their IT problems. The shop is small and packed with parts and cables. It’s not very tidy, but we know where everything is kept. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from whatever laptop we are currently repairing. We've been here long enough that some regular customers just drop their stuff off and come back later. We don't use big technical words to explain what's wrong. We just say what needs fixing and how long it will take us. It’s a practical way to run a shop without any corporate polish. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three or four people come in at once, but we manage. Being behind Sagar City gives us a bit of a shield from the main road noise, but not much. It’s just a typical IT service spot in a very busy part of town. We keep it simple and just focus on the hardware in front of us.
