Team Leader

Our office for Team Leader is tucked away in Sector 10, specifically in the Phase 2 area of Nerul. It’s 9/B, E-1-1-B-9, which sounds like a complicated address, but it’s easy to find once you’re in the neighborhood. New Mumbai is a bit different from the main city; it feels a bit more spread out, though Nerul is getting crowded these days. The office is a basic setup with some workstations and a small cabin. We’ve got some files piled up and a couple of plants that we sometimes forget to water. It’s a practical space. We don’t spend money on fancy furniture because we’d rather just get the job done. The commute for most of us involves the local train or a bus, so the office usually gets busy around 10 am. It’s a quiet street for the most part, which is nice when you’re trying to concentrate. We have a small tea stall just around the corner where we go for breaks. The salt air from the coast makes things a bit humid, so the fans are always on full blast. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the area change a lot. It’s a good spot to work from without all the noise of South Mumbai. We just keep to ourselves and handle the daily tasks as they come. It's a simple life here in Nerul and we like the pace of things. Most of the team lives around the harbor line.
