So, this is the Tata Consultancy Services office in Mumbai. Specifically, we are at 101, Avanti, which is in Pandurangwadi. It is on Road No. 1 in Goregaon East. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy Goregaon gets. The pin code is 400063. This office is basically a bunch of rooms where we sit and work on software and stuff. It is in a building called Avanti. It is not one of those massive glass towers you see in the advertisements. It is more grounded. The stairs are a bit narrow and the lobby is just okay. We have been here for a bit. Working for Tata Consultancy Services in a place like this feels very local. You can hear the sounds of the street from the windows. Sometimes the traffic on the main road is loud, but you get used to it after a week. We have our computers and some chairs that aren't the newest but they work fine. We take our tea breaks nearby. There isn't much to say about the decor because it is just a workplace. We don't do anything fancy. Just a lot of typing and meetings. It is a very typical Mumbai office experience. No big mission statements on the walls, just calendars and maybe a few old notes. We just show up and get through the pile of work assigned to us.
