Task Management

We are based in unit G40 at the Haware Fantasia Bussiness Park in Vashi. If you have been to Vashi, you probably know the park; it is a huge place with a lot of different businesses. Our unit is on the ground level, which makes it easy for people to drop by. We call ourselves Task Management because that is basically what we do—we manage all the little tasks that other people don't have time for. It might be paperwork, coordination, or just helping someone get a project finished. The office is usually full of files and people typing away. It can get a bit hectic when multiple deadlines hit at the same time. Vashi is a great spot because everything you need is right there in the business park or the mall across the way. We grab lunch at the food stalls nearby most days. We started this small office a few years ago and have just been building it up slowly. We don't have any big corporate backing, just our own efforts and a few computers. The air conditioning is usually blasting because it gets so humid outside. We spend a lot of time talking to clients and trying to keep everything organized on our computers. It is a lot of coordination and making sure nothing falls through the cracks during the work week, even if things get a little messy sometimes with the scheduling and the phones.
