Dolce Chocolates

Dolce Chocolates is located in Tardeo Town, right near the Rto Lane. It is a pretty good spot because there is always some activity happening nearby with people going to the RTO office. Our place usually smells like cocoa and sugar, which is a nice change from the car exhaust outside on the main road. We spend our days melting, molding, and wrapping different kinds of chocolates. It is not a giant factory or anything like that, just a local place where we make things in smaller batches. The kitchen area can get a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big order, with bowls and whisks everywhere. We have to keep the temperature just right so nothing melts at the wrong time, which can be a bit of a struggle when it gets hot outside in Mumbai. We have been around this lane for a while and have some regulars who stop by just because they live in the neighborhood. It is a lot of repetitive work, like wrapping hundreds of little pieces by hand, but it is also quite satisfying to see the finished boxes stacked up on the counter. We don't have any big marketing plans; we just stay here in Tardeo and keep making our chocolates the way we always have, one batch at a time, every day.
