Our office for Excel Pest Control Services is in Borivali West, specifically in Kundan Nagar at unit C 35. It’s a quiet residential area for the most part, which is a nice change from the main market roads. We use the space at C 35 to store our equipment and the supplies we need for our daily rounds. You’ll usually see our bags and sprayers lined up near the door. It’s a small shop, but it serves us well. Most of the time we are out at different houses or buildings anyway, so the office is mainly for planning and taking calls. We keep a logbook on the desk to track where we need to go next. The neighborhood is friendly, and we’ve gotten to know the people around Kundan Nagar pretty well over the years. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees; we are just a local crew that knows how to handle bugs and rodents. Our clothes usually smell a bit like the materials we use, but that’s just part of the job. It’s practical work that needs to be done. We open up in the morning, check our schedule, and head out. When we come back to Borivali West in the evening, we tidy up the shop and get ready for the next day. It is a simple life of working hard and staying busy.
