We are located in Ghatkopar East. We don't have a giant office building with a flashy lobby, just a functional space where we handle travel and international stuff. People usually come to see us when they are planning to go somewhere far away, whether it's for work or study. We spend our days looking at visa requirements and flight schedules. It can be a lot of paperwork, and sometimes the rules change overnight, so we have to stay alert. The office in Ghatkopar is where we sit and talk to families about their plans. It’s often a bit loud because the neighborhood is so active. We have a few computers and some filing cabinets full of folders. We try to be as helpful as we can without making things sound more complicated than they are. Most of us here have dealt with our own travel hassles, so we know how it feels when things get stuck. We just take it one application at a time. There are a lot of local shops around us, so we usually go out for lunch or a quick snack during the day. It’s a small operation, and we like the personal feel of it. We aren't a big travel agency chain, just a local spot in the East side of the suburb where people can come for some honest help with their international trips. It’s a lot of work but it feels good to see people get their plans sorted. It takes patience but we have plenty of that for the job. We’ve been here for a long time.
