Tara Jewels

Tara Jewels is located at unit G-44 in Seepz, Andheri East. Working inside Seepz means going through security every morning, which is just part of the routine here. Our unit is a busy place where there is almost always the sound of machinery in the background. We handle a lot of jewelry manufacturing, so the benches are covered in files, pliers, and small torches. It’s not a fancy showroom; it’s a workshop where things actually get made. The floors are concrete and we have to wear specific gear sometimes depending on what part of the jewelry we are working on. We spend a lot of time polishing pieces until they have the right shine, and your hands usually end up a bit dirty by the end of the shift. The lighting is very bright and industrial because you can't afford to miss a small flaw in the metal. Lunch breaks are usually spent in the common areas of the complex where you see people from all the other units. It is a very focused environment where everyone has a specific task to finish before the day is over. We pack the finished pieces into trays to be sent out for the next stage of the process. It is a hardworking atmosphere and we just stick to our tasks and try to keep up with the production schedule.
