We are over at Apolla Arcade, rooms 404 and 405. It’s on R.K. Singh Marg in Andheri East, right near Sona Udyog. If you know Andheri, you know it’s always crowded and moving with people and cars. Tantrasoft Solutions (I) Pvt. Ltd. is basically just us in a couple of joined rooms. We have a lot of computers and cables running everywhere on the floor. It’s not the neatest office you’ve ever seen, but we know where everything is kept. We spend most of our time coding or fixing bugs that pop up. Sometimes we stay so late that the building is almost empty and we have to let ourselves out. There’s a guy downstairs who sells vada pav, and that’s basically our lunch most days of the week. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team to tell people what we do. We’re just a bunch of people who like working on software and solving problems. The air conditioning sometimes makes a weird rattling noise when it's been on too long, but we just ignore it. It’s a decent place to work. We don't have fancy meetings with PowerPoint slides every day. We usually just talk across the desks to get things sorted. The walk from the station is okay if you take the shortcut through the back lanes. We’ve been here for a few years and the building staff knows us well by now. We just focus on the code.
