We operate out of an apartment in Kandivali West, specifically 301-A Shanti Vihar on SV Road. If you are familiar with the area, we are very close to the Adani Electricity office, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. Mumbai is always loud and fast, and SV Road is right in the thick of it, but once you get up to the third floor, things settle down a bit. We’ve set up our desks and equipment here to handle our daily lab and office work. It’s a typical Mumbai setup where space is tight but you learn to use every corner. There’s always the sound of the local trains or the traffic below, which is just part of the background music of our workday. We are a small team, so we don't have a HR department or a big management structure. We just talk to each other across the room. We’ve been in this building for some time now, and we know the security guards and the other people living and working here. It’s a very practical environment. We make our own coffee, deal with our own paperwork, and just keep moving forward. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our business and we take it one day at a time in this busy city. We just want to keep things running and do our part without making a big scene.
