Talent Pluse International

Talent Pluse International is based in office 702 at Oakland Park. The building is over in Amuna Nagar, which is part of the Andheri West area. It’s a typical office setup where the phones are usually ringing and there is always someone typing away at a keyboard. We spend a lot of our time looking through piles of resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. The view from the seventh floor is mostly other buildings and the busy streets below. We have a few desks squeezed in and a small area where we can sit down with folks for a chat. Andheri can be a real struggle with the traffic, so we are used to people running a few minutes late because of the jams on the way to Oakland Park. We try to keep things moving along, matching people with different roles and keeping track of all the different companies we deal with. It gets a bit loud in the office when everyone is on a call at the same time, but you get used to the noise after a while. The kitchen area is small, just enough for a quick tea break before getting back to the files. We don't have any big corporate signs, just the name on the door and a lot of paper folders stacked on the shelves. It is a straightforward operation focused on the daily grind of recruitment.
