Taaraa Gift Shop

Our shop is at 406 Dr Mascarenhas Road in Mazgaon, right across the street from the Bank of India. It is a pretty easy landmark for anyone who lives around here. We have been in Mazgaon for quite a while now. The shop is full of all sorts of gift items, from small toys for kids to decorative pieces for the home. It is a bit of a tight squeeze inside because we like to have a lot of variety on the shelves. You will find clocks, photo frames, and various little trinkets. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. We just open up the doors and see who comes by. Many of our customers are parents looking for a birthday present or someone needing a quick gift on their way to a party. We spend a lot of time gift-wrapping things and making sure everything looks decent. The traffic on Dr Mascarenhas Road can be quite something during peak hours, but it brings people past our window. We like being part of the Mazgaon neighborhood. It is a friendly place where you get to know the regulars. We aren't trying to be the biggest store, just a helpful place where you can find something nice for a friend without spending a fortune. It is a lot of work keeping everything organized, but we enjoy the daily routine of the shop. People usually find what they are looking for after browsing around.
