Ghoga Street is tucked away behind the main highway in Goregaon East. Our unit is 146 in the Guru Gobind Singh Industrial Estate. It’s one of those big estates where you can easily get lost if you don't know the building numbers. We’ve been here long enough to know all the shortcuts through the lanes. The Western Express Highway is so close that we can hear the cars humming all day long. Getting in and out during peak hours is a bit of a headache, but that is just life in this part of town. The office isn't much to look at. We have some desks, a lot of files, and the usual computer stuff. It gets a bit dusty because of all the construction happening nearby. We just do our work and go home when it's finished. There’s a canteen in the estate where most of us get lunch, or we just bring a dabba from home and eat at the desk. The lighting inside is a bit dim, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. We don’t really spend money on making the place look pretty. It’s more about having enough space for the equipment and the staff. Most days are just a routine of answering emails and fixing whatever needs fixing. It’s quiet enough once you get inside the estate gates and the trucks outside stop honking for a minute.
