Sysindia Innovators

You can find us at 29, Makund Mansion, which is situated on Ranade Road. It’s an old building with a lot of character, and we’ve been operating Sysindia Innovators from here for a while now. Ranade Road is always full of life, with shoppers and traffic making a lot of noise outside our windows. Inside, we try to keep things focused on the projects we are working on. We do a lot of different things related to technology and new ideas. It’s not the kind of place with modern glass walls; it feels more like a workshop where things actually get built or fixed. Our desks are usually covered in components and papers. We don't have a fancy dress code or anything like that. We just show up and get to work. Being in an older building means things aren't always perfect—maybe the lift is slow or the hallway is a bit dark—but we like the feel of the place. It’s a very central location, so we get a lot of people stopping by just because they were in the area. We’ve gotten to know the other tenants in the mansion and the shopkeepers on the street. It’s a very human way to work, being part of a real neighborhood. We just take things one day at a time and try to make sure our work is solid. It's often dusty but we don't mind much as long as the work is moving.
