Syselec Technologies Pvt Ltd is based in the Western Edge II building within the Kanakia Space complex in Borivali East. We are up on the sixth floor in units B-603 and 604. It is right behind the Metro Wholesale and close to the Western Express Highway, so getting here isn't too difficult for the team. Even though it is a newer building with glass windows and a formal lobby, our actual office feels very much like a workspace. We have wires running across the floor and piles of electronic components on the desks. It is a place for people who actually build and test things. We spend most of our time troubleshooting or setting up new systems. The view from the window is mostly the highway traffic, which is fine for us. We have a small pantry where we make tea and keep our lunch boxes. The team is quite close. We do not really bother with corporate hierarchies or formal meetings. If someone has a suggestion, they just shout it out across the room. We have several whiteboards covered in diagrams that probably look like a mess to anyone else. It gets a bit noisy when we are all debating a technical problem, but we usually reach a solution together. We are not trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our jobs well and head home at the end of the day. It is a decent place to work.
